The staff was very friendly. They hotel is in a decent neighborhood. I felt safe and comfortable.
The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better but other than that really no negative about the hotel.
It was just all around good place to visit
absolutely nothing/very disappoionted
mildew on walls/a/c too loud couldnt sleep, main a/c controlled bathroom, sheets wouldnt stay on bed, outdated tv made buzzing s ound, roof leaking n breakfast area,no elevators had to take stairs, didnt feel safe to many activities going on no parking had to park far away
Older facility, but had been updated (flat screens), leather furniture & granite floor in lobby is nice touch. Breakfast had more hot items then we expected.
No problem with anything.
No water pressure. If I had more time that day I would have asked for a different room. I could not get ANY pressure to take a shower. The toilet would not flush half the time and the mattress had no support.
I booked my room with Booked.net and when we arrived the front desk person was bot nice. She nearly threw the receipts at me and told me to sign I questioned the amount and she snapped there is a tax!! I politely explained to her that the hotel receipt showed one amount and my credit card receipt showed $30.00 more! She acted suprised that I caught that there was a difference. Probably would have accepted it was a mistake had she not been rude.
The carpet in the entry way of Building B smelled horrible. There were french fries in the small circular area of where the breakfast was served. The rooms were nice, but the rest of the carpeted areas were awful.
The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was good and our two night stay was comfortable.
The RAMADA INN CONFERENCE CENTER was at one time THE place to stay in Bossier City. It is a shame it has gone down so badly. I was looking forward to staying at this location.
Lobby ---dark/unwelcoming Desk clerk---unfriendly Room---water stained ceiling, sheets too small for matress,A/C VERY loud, dusty Breakfast--eggs overcooked and cold, sausage overcooked and cold, biscuits cold, waffles tough, no attendant on duty, serving area dirty, tables dirty, apples only fruit, no donuts or sweet rolls, danish etc.
Smelled Room was not good. Bad walls. Sheets were wrinkled, like it had been slept in.
I like the workout room they have. They strive for cleanliness and good service.
I liked the location, and the room was very comfortable.
the person who checked us in was not friendly at all, after checking in i went back to the desk to ask her questions about our charge..she was on her cell phone and didn't get off, because i had a few questions, i thought that was unprofessional.
Despite what the reviews say our room was really clean the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Most of the guest's were military from the local airbase and were very polite.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and the Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and very nice.
Room was outdated and needed cleaned a little better.
the pool area was a huge hit with the grandchildren. It was clean, and not crowded. There were other guests in the pool and everyone got along great. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast, although it would have been nice to have a tray to take breakfast to the guests who were not up and ready to go down before breakfast was over. But we managed.
both rooms were originally upstairs, even though I stated that we had guest who used a walker to get around. They were able to change one of the rooms to 1st floor, but the other was still upstairs and this was not pleasing to us, as we wanted to be able to get together and visit more. I will make sure to state this next time and then check with hotel before arrival. There was a power outage the first night, no fault of hotel, but the upstairs room we had didn't have power for a few hours, then had to get someone to check a/c to get it turned back on.
